LAMPpost is written and produced by service users and carers to promote a flow of help and information between service users, carers and of course, mental health authorities.

Want to Get Involved with the LAMPpost Newsletter?

LAMPpost is produced by a group comprised of volunteers who have current or past personal experience of the mental health system, whether as service users or as a carers/friends or relatives.

A range of skills is required in producing each newsletter, including writing, typing, desk top publishing, interviewing, photocopying - to name but a few! It's also a great opportunity to work with a dedicated group and learn new skills together. The group meets at the LAMP office close to the city centre. Travel costs are reimbursed.
