Young people and depression

YouthHealthTalk (YHT), a national charity producing a web site about young people's experiences of health and lifestyle are looking to design a new site about depression and low mood.

The charity is looking for young people to help them produce the site. If have experienced depression or on-going low mood, are aged between 16 and 25 and would like to take part YHT's researcher, Ulla, would visit you and ask you to talk about your experiences or make a video diary. You can choose whether YHT use a video, audio or text version of your interview. You can even have an actor speak your words.

On the site, www.youthhealthtalk.org, you can watch, listen and read people talking about their real-life experiences on a range of health and lifestyle issues.

YouthHealthTalk is part of DIPEx, an Oxford based charity, producing a website aimed at patients, their carers, family and friends, doctors, nurses and other professionals to show a wide variety of personal experiences of health and illness.
