CALM Course
A CALM (Confronting Anxiety Lifting Moods) course to provide knowledge, support and practical help in coping with anxiety and depression, within a safe group environment and run by qualified counsellors. This is a 6-week course which includes:
- Relaxation skills/exercises
- Learning to manage your anxiety
- How to think more positively
- Abdominal breathing
- Coping with depression
- Learning to say no
- Happiness
- How to be more assertive
