LAMP has recently produced a Support Card for people in times of distress. 

Produced in memory of Joe Benyon, and sponsored by his friends and family, the card is for everyone who experiences mental distress.

It is designed to be relevant to both home or hospital settings.  Pocket sized, it includes useful information, advice and contact numbers. There is even room for the individual to fill out what helps and doesn't help them in times of distress.

The card has been widely welcomed by people using mental services as well as carers.  it is being widely distributed and is available from LAMP. Telephone 0116 255 6286 for more information.
