A user-led national charity, providing information and services for people affected by anxiety disorders, including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), agoraphobia, social phobia, panic attacks, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) etc. Also provides a range of high quality therapy services including CBT, Counselling and clinical hypnotherapy.  An information line is provided out of hours.
