Action Deafness LogoAims to improve quality of life by promoting independence and equality of opportunity for Deaf, Deafened, Deafblind and Hard of Hearing people. Aims to do this by promoting effective communication and improving access to services, increasing the status and participation of deaf people from diverse backgrounds and providing specialist support, learning and community services. Offers communication and interpreting services, specialist community support services, advocacy, mental health information and IAG (information, advice and guidance) aimed at Deaf people, their familes and professionals. Home visits available.
