A booklet to help you if you suffer from social anxiety. The booklet explores what shyness or social anxiety is, what causes it and what may keep it going. It aims to help you understand social anxiety and how to help yourself overcome these feelings. There are written exercises to help you reduce your negative thoughts, beliefs and images and help you to change your behaviour. Social anxiety can have physical symptoms and the booklet looks at ways to cope with and reduce them. There is also a list of organisations that can offer help and support.
