Self Harm - A self help guide

A booklet to help you understand self harm, why you may want to stop and ways to stop harming yourself. There are written exercises to help you control your self harm, including suggestions for if you feel that you must hurt yourself. The booklet explores longer-term solutions with a section on how to help a friend or family member who self-harms. There is also a list of organisations that can offer help and support.
