This Advocacy Code of Practice was produced as a result of work undertaken by a multi-agency Task & Finish Group of the Local Implementation Teams for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Advocacy is a way of representing people's interests, to empower them to express their personal views and needs and make informed choices.
