LAMP Support Card

LAMP's support card aims to support people at times of mental distress and crisis. It has been designed to relavent for people at home or in a hospital setting for acute care. It is pocket sized and includes useful information, advice and contact numbers. There is also room for individuals to fill out what helps, and doesn't help, at times of distress.
The card has been produced in memory of Joe Benyon and has been sponsored by his family and friends.

They are in great demand by people experiencing mental distress, by their families and friends, and by those who are working in mental health.
