Workstep provides support in jobs for people with disabilities who have more complex barriers to finding and keeping work.

Workstep focuses on ensuring participants have access to development opportunities and, where appropriate, enables people to progress to open employment. Support is provided to both employees and employers and is tailored to individual needs.
