The Carers' Information Pack aims to provide information for Carers, relatives and friends who look after someone with a mental health problem. The pack is supported and funded by LAMP, carer representatives, Leicester City Council, Leicestershire County Council, Rutland County Council, NHS Leicester City and NHS Leicestershire County and Rutland.

The pack contains a series of useful leaflets which are both screen based and can be printed as a pdf leaflet, as required.

The pack contains an In a Crisis sheet with useful numbers and space for you to write your individual contact telephone numbers.

A Feedback Form for the pack allows you to let us know how helpful you find the pack and to help the multi-agency partners continue to improve it.
