The LAMP Support Card has been produced to help people in times of distress.  It is designed to be relevant in both home or hospital settings.  It is pocket sized and includes useful information, advice and contact numbers. 

The Support Card also has room for individuals to fill out what helps and doesn't help them in times of distress.

The LAMP Support Card has been produced in memory of Joe Benyon and has been sponsored by his friends and family.
