Newsletters featured on LAMPdirect come from diverse groups, includng voluntary organisations, statutory services and user-led groups. A brief description of each newsletter is given below. There are also a number of newsletters which have either been discontinued or are at present no longer being produced but are still available as a source of information (Click here to view these newsletters).

Partnership Matters is the newsletter of Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. It is primarily aimed at the staff but gives lots of details on the latest developments within the Trust.

The newsletter of The People's Forum for service users and carers in Leicestershire and Rutland aiming to influence how local mental health services are planned and delivered.
Rethink ....News
This is the newsletter of Rethink Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. It has the latest news and details about their groups.
Rural Stress Befriending News
This is the newsletter of the Rural Stress Support Team for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (a member of the Rural Stress Information Network). The Newsletters aims to keep you informed of the latest developements of this project.
Discontinued & Dormant Newsletters
A number of newsletters have been published which were intended for a limited period, specifically to cover the implementation of a particular project or major changes in service delivery. As such they are no longer produced but are available here as an archived items.
Some newsletters listed are dormant and are no longer being actively produced and circulated. At some point in the future the newsletter may begin to be circulated and this will be reflected on the LAMPdirect web site.
AMHIRP Update
The Acute Mental Health Inpatient Reprovision Project was set up to develop ways of delivering acute mental health in-patient care. This project has now concluded and the newsletter is no longer produced.
Crisis House News
The newsletter is produced by Network for Change to explore alternatives to acute care for people in mental distress. This newsletter is currently dormant.
Echoes Newsletter
This is the newsletter of the Leicester Hearing Voices Group. It has lots of articles by services users about their experiences. This newsletter is currently dormant.
Healthcare Pulse
This was the newsletter for internal staff of Leicestershire & Rutland Healthcare Trust . When the Trust changed its name to become Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust this newsletter was replaced by Partnership Matters.
Mental Health - National Service Framework
The newsletter was produced for a limited period about how the the National Service Framework (Mental Health) was being implemented locally with the involvement of service users.
Mental Health Collaborative Project - Acute Inpatient Care
The newsletter of a 12 month project to improve acute inpatient care. This newsletter was subsequently replaced by AMHIRP Udate.
Mental Health Improvement Project (MHIP)
The newsletter of the Mental Health Improvement Partnership (MHIP), which is working to improve the provision of local mental health services.
Mental Health Integration Project
This newsletter detailed the progress of this Project to create an integrated mental health and social care organisation from April 2002
Organisational Development
This newsletter was about the Organisation Development Steering Group, which was set up to plan the necessary changes to services in order to meet the requirements of the National Service Framework (Mental Health).
Trading Times - Speak your Mind
Speak your Mind is the newsletter of Trading Times, a service user-led group that uses the principle of a time bank to allow members to trade skills and services with each other. This newsletter is currently dormant.
