The Organisation Development Steering Group was set up by Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust to plan the necessary changes to services in order to meet the requirements of the National Service Framework (Mental Health). As part of the planning process it is crucial people who use and work withing the services have a role and can express their views. The newsletter is intended to describe the work of the group.
