Care Quality Commission (CQC)

CQC has set out proposals on their methods and tools for assessing quality of care given by councils as commissioners; PCTs as commissioners; NHS Trusts and PCTs as providers; and Adult Social Care organisations as providers. The consultation also outlines how CQC will report their findings and the special reviews they will undertake in 2010/2011.
